Instructor: Jim Ellingboe

Introduce yourself to the useful and versatile skills needed to begin working with steel. You'll learn oxy-acetylene and MIG welding as well as plasma-cutting and metal fabrication equipment including the bandsaw, chopsaw, drillpress, grinders, shears, and benders. This class is designed for anyone looking to incorporate metal into their artistic and technical vocabulary. Attending the first two classes is mandatory. Please note this class meets for a total of 6 hours per session with a 30 min break for lunch.  Class time total is 36 hours.Prerequisite: None Supply Fee $60
