Learn how to make a decorative leather plant pot in this online class. This class will cover a lot of leatherworking skills needed for a 3-dimensional project. Expect to rotate between live demonstration and working. Plan to have your laptop in front of you so the instructor can provide feedback and assistance during class. Additional time outside of class will be needed for hand stitching; there will be a drop-in session held by Elizabeth if you want to sew with company and get immediate responses to questions. Class is hosted on Microsoft Teams and will max out with 7 students. The class will be recorded, students will have access to the class for 48 hours after the class ends. No Prerequisite. Kits are available for local pick up only (no shipping). Students must supply their own tools. A detailed supply list is available upon request (inquire with firstname.lastname@example.org) and will be emailed prior to class. The supply kit pick up is Sun, June 13 from 1-3 pm. Kit pick up will have limited human interaction, located at the exterior door to the Youth Room/blue building at Pratt Fine Arts Center, wear a mask. Enrollment deadline is 9 days prior to class start.
